Welcome to the new portal of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office

A new site designed and created in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Agency for digital Italy with attractive graphics, new content and a large space dedicated to services offered to the public.

A simple and intuitive navigation to which "responsive web design" (RWD) has been applied: the new uibm.gov.it is able to adapt "graphically" automatically and optimally to the device with which it is displayed (Computer, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.).

Our renewal project began with a clear goal: to make available to everyone, a useful tool for their work by rationalizing the navigation logics and always putting ourselves at the service of those looking for the best answer in the shortest possible time.
