Covid-19, deadline for the validity of IP documents

 Due to the emergency caused by the COVID- 19  pandemics the Government has adopted   urgent measures in this regard.

Such measures provide that all the certificates, permits, concessions, authorizations and qualifying deeds however named, including those relating to industrial property titles, expiring between January 31, 2020 and July 31, 2020, retain their validity for the ninety days following the date of July 31, 2020.

As a result of the above, therefore, the interested parties have the obligation to take action for the payments aimed at the renewal / maintenance of industrial property titles by the deadline of October 31, 2020.
