Payments of industrial property rights from foreign countries

 

The decree of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of 12 June 2019 and the subsequent circular no. 27 of 5 November 2019, established that all payments to state administrations must be made exclusively in Euros.

Therefore, also payments of rights for the deposit or maintenance of industrial property rights in Italy, from countries that have not adopted the single currency, must be made in compliance with this regulation, therefore in euros.
